We're seeking an individual for a specific project (details below) and then long term freelance work. We hope to find someone who can be our go-to web programmer, an official part of the team (photo and bio on our site and collateral).

The first project we need is of the following scope:

- CMS with 3 main templates
- dynamic navigation menu (drop-down menu)
- dynamic image gallery in one of the templates
- one email address submission field (this is the only form on the site)
- homepage with minimal Flash effects
- turnaround time: 2 weeks or less
- all wireframes, screen designs and assets will be provided

Required knowledge and experience:
- CSS
- HTML/XHTML
- DHTML
- CMS (specifiy your specialties/experience)
- Actionscript/Flash
- PHP
- Ajax
